Beach yoga is offered 7 days a week beginning June 21 through Labor Day, weather permitting.

Class begins at 8:30AM on the 28th Street beach in North Beach Haven.

Look for Spray Beach Bagel & Deli on the boulevard as your landmark.

Yoga session are donation-based and do not require pre-registration to attend.

We recommend bringing a towel and water bottle to your practice.
