1. RELAXING SWEDISH MASSAGE $100=60min, $140=90 min.
Gentle yet effective rhythmic strokes used with aromatherapy helps you to drift away. The benefits are to deeply relax the nervous system relieving muscle tension and stress.
2. RECHARGING DEEP TISSUE/SPORTS MASSAGE $120=60min
$170=90 min.
Firm massage with aromatherapy oil is applied to tight muscles to release and realign layers of connective tissue.
Helps to relieve tension and Recharge your energy.
3. RESTORING HAND AND FOOT REFLEXOLOGY $90=60 min.
Reflexology is an ancient art for thousand of years. Reflexes on the hands and feet connect to all parts of the body. Using aromatherapy and pressure points on the feet and hands will release toxins and allow more circulation to occur. Benefits are restoration and increased energy
4. RELIEVING NECK, FACE, JAW AND SINUS PRESSURE $90=60 min.
Application of light pressure and aromatherapy to the face, jaw, sinus points and neck to relieve pressure and re-balance the cranial rhythm. Release tension, headaches, jaw and sinus pressure and create the ability to take a deep breath again.
5. REJUVENATING LYMPHATIC AROMATHERAPY OIL WRAP
$90=60 min.
First, exfoliation with body brushing on skin to release toxins out of the lymphatic system,restoring health.
Second, apply warm,delicious scented oil on the spine and skin to soothe the senses Then be wrapped in a light cocoon,
allowing the skin to drink in the moisture of the oils while having the scalp, face, hands and feet massaged.
Suggestion: drink plenty of water after the treatment to flush out the toxins completely.
6. REIKI ANCIENT HEALING METHOD AND SACRED BODYWORK $90=60 min.
Reiki is an ancient Tibetan healing method which promotes healing, deep relaxation and a sense of well-being Sacred body work is a light touch to help release stuck energy and balance your chakras with pure essential oil‘s applied on the spine and feet, to feel grounded and uplifted.
7. REBALANCING THE CRANIAL SACRAL SYSTEM $90=60 min.
Clearing the clutter In the closets of your brain with gentle yet effective Cranial techniques to re-balance and enhance the body’s natural ability to heal itself. This relaxing treatment helps those with headaches, neck and back pain, ADD, TMJ, sinus issues and anxiety, helps to create clarity.
8. THAI YOGA MASSAGE (ON THE BEACH OR ON MAT) $100=60 min; $140=90min.
Suggestion: Wear stretchable clothing like yoga pants. Meet at the beach or on a mat on the floor inside integrating time massage and assisted yoga postures with Shiatsu pressure points to stretch any longer at the limbs and spine relieving tension and stiffness from too much or too little exercise blending aromatherapy to balance the chakras ending with Cranial Circle to let go of the mind feeling relaxed and centered.
9. YIN/YANG WITH TWO THERAPISTS $180=60 min. Together, Two therapists flow in sync to balance each side of your body with rhythmic massage techniques. Completing the circle of giving and receiving to create oneness in the body, mind and spirit.
10. COUPLES SWEDISH MASSAGE $200=60min AND COUPLES DEEP TISSUE $240=60min.
11. WATSU (WITH MALIA ONLY) $90=60min.
In the bay or is great in your own hot tub or pool. Feel l supported while floating and being stretched in the warm water while your nervous system relaxes with Shiatsu pressure points applied along the spine as your head floats away with cranial sacral balancing creating calmness.
12. INDIVIDUAL OR A PRIVATE GROUP CLASS FOR YOGA, QiGONG OR MINDFULNESS MEDITATION CLASS $80=80min.
Beginners as well as advanced students and families of all ages are welcomed.
Indoors or on the beach at your location or ours.

Helps to release the fight or flight mode and creates homeostasis.
Returning home to your body to allow what arises in the mind to be welcomed and accepted without judgment. Noticing that emotions like the waves of the ocean, rise up and fall .
Learning how to be and hold the joy and the sorrow and create equanimity. Practicing Mindfulness teaches you to be more in each present moment and ultimately frees you to live life more fully.
All of the above massage treatments are for 60 minutes unless specified, add on 30 minutes for $50 to personalize and create your own treatment by asking for what you would like to receive.
