Over three decades of practice, l've studied a vast array of modalities, always seeking new ways to support my clients. Today, my specialized toolkit focuses on powerful, transformative therapies, including:

  Craniosacral Therapy: A gentle, profound approach to calming the nervous system and releasing deep-seated stress.
