MINDFUL MOVEMENT ANCESTRAL CLEARING & ACUPUNCTURE

Our evening will begin with Mindful Movement led by Malia Murphy to help loosen our bodies for what’s next. Acupuncturist Rein Pulz and Barb Woolley will collaborate for the ancestral work. No time like the present to release tethers to persons, places, trauma and things from the most ancient of lifetimes. Each soul is being called to do this vital work. While Rein works magic with the needles, Barb will facilitate a meditative process to help you to reconnect with your original Divine Self vibration, then, bring this energy forward into the present. Malia will play her Tibetan singing bowl at the end to assist with integration.

DAILY BEACH YOGA 

on the 29th Street Beach, N. Beach Haven

Classes begin at 8:30 am.

Beach yoga classes are weather-permitting and donation based.

There is no need to pre-register for sessions.

Beach Yoga classes run June 21st  through Labor Day*.

*After Labor Day, Beach Yoga will be held Saturdays and Sundays at 9 am on Saturday and Sunday, 9/7 & 9/8 and 9/14 & 9/15*
